Robert Guillaume, the voice of Rafiki in The Lion King and Dr. Eli Vance in Half-Life, has died at age 89.

Alicia fox on her Lillian Garcia interview described her career:Here is what she said:
“Sometimes I feel embarrassed of my career in a sense because like when the fans come up and say, ‘Underrated or this or that.’ I never really realized that until social media popped up. Then I’m left thinking, ‘Am I underrated?’ I’m one of the only girls that don’t have any merch, never had any merch even when the Bella Twins and I were together it was still Team Bella, but I never complained about any of those things because in my head, ‘It’s okay, it’s okay.’ A lot of fluffy content thinking. But you know what, maybe it’s not okay, but then it gets me upset and angry because then I’m thinking well what will my next chapter look like? Is it going to be okay if I’m not putting food on my table or my career’s at the control of someone else?”
This is sad to hear….her northern lights suplex is the best.
She is underrated, her wrestling ability is underrated and (the beauty, the holy grail, the greatest thing in earth ) her Northern lights suplex is under-fucking-rated

You were the greatest manager of all-time. You will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace Bobby “The Brain” Heenan. ❤🙏🏻❤

[PREVIOUS UPDATE] Katsuyori Shibata’s been able to post weekly blogs about his recovery process but June 21′s entry is the most recent and troubling.
First and foremost, he is currently at home receiving physical therapy and treatment. His body is okay in terms of ability to move (walking, talking, lifting, etc.); however, his vision is even more jeopardized than before. Apparently he’s had vision problems long since before this brain injury and has gotten eye surgery three respective times, but they haven’t helped. Unfortunately, this injury’s caused him to have weakened vision on the right sides of his eyes (otherwise known as homonymous hemianopsia) (example). The treatment he receives is in the form of electrical currents that stimulate the brain and eyes/vision, which causes pain otherwise (since it’s near the surgical site) but is manageable. There’s no timetable for when or if his vision will be fixed or at least taken out of this state; it is possible, but all bodies are different and because he’s had vision problems before, it’ll be a difficult process.

The only good news from the Shibata front (beside his being alive) is that New Japan’s sold Shibata merchandise exclusively at New Japan shows; however now his merch is available online at NJPW Shop!
[UPDATE] Another week brings us another update from Shibata himself, and this time there’s better news! His vision is apparently getting better (in comparison to before the treatment/injury) and his range of vision as well is getting better. He still suffers from homonymous hemianopsia for now, however, and is using his blog not only to inform fans and receive messages of support, but also to seek out help (trans).
Kakutolog, a blog run by someone who’s supported and has been friends with Shibata for years, usually has paraphrases his blogs and this week has been presented as a mediator of sorts. Of course it’ll be easier for Japanese fans as the blog is in Japanese, but if any English-speaking fans can get in touch (and have their messages translated), that blog’s comment section and the blog owner’s email (kakutolog@mbn.nifty.com) are available for folks to send information about homonymous hemianopsia in terms of ways to treat it. Rehabilitation information for the disorder is pretty uncommon on the internet as it is, so Shibata’s asking for all the help he can get to ease his stressed-out mind.
